By accessing or using masession, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the service. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, all activities under your account, and ensuring your account contact details remain accurate.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the infrastructure, scrape unauthorized data, or upload malicious, infringing, or unlawful content.

4. User Data and Content

You retain ownership rights in the data you submit (including clients, sessions, and notes). You grant masession a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process your data solely to provide and improve the service for you.

We may perform operational backups for continuity, but you are encouraged to maintain your own exports of important data.

5. Fees and Subscription

masession currently offers core functionality without mandatory paid tiers. If paid plans or features are introduced in the future, billing terms (including renewal and cancellation terms) will be disclosed in advance.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

masession is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, masession and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) fees paid by you to masession in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 100.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal or security risks, abuse, or actions that threaten service integrity. Where practical, we may provide notice before suspension.

9. Governing Law
